How long is the delivery time?
The delivery period consists of two timeframes:
• Processing time:
It will be checked, approved and packaged within one business day of your order. Your 
The package is then prepared for shipment.
• Delivery time:
Germany: 8-14 business days

*All shipping times do not include customs delays. During busy periods such as 
Christmas, Black Friday and New Year, delays may occur.

WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?
We offer free premium shipping to our customers worldwide. This includes insurance.
in case of theft, loss or damage to the package.
